The Ab Initio Business Rules Environment was utilized by business teams to build segmentation rules to categorise customers. Information from recharging systems for both pre- and post-paid customers was used to dynamically drive profiling of customer habits in real-time.
Delivered across India, this data challenge was no match for the scale and delivery velocity of Ab Initio. The project used advanced concepts in Ab Initio such as real-time processing and web service creation for massive processing and data scaling.
